Hey There!

My name is Amiel and I'm a storyboard artist and editor based in Burbank, CA. I started my career studying, freelancing, and then teaching in San Diego. I currently work as a photo editor at Artkive and at the Vanity Portrait Studio. I also serve as the Director of Membership at Asians in Animation and take freelance projects when I can. So far I've boarded on a film which won awards at the Pasadena International Film Festival and the Independent Shorts Awards.

I'm currently storyboarding on some unannounced projects but I am open for new projects starting at the end of May 2025.

Utilized Airtable to maintain a database of 5000+ members.
Created a project management tool in Airtable to facilitate collaboration and event planning for the entire Community department, including our Regional Program teams around the globe.
Used Discord, Google Suite, and Zoom to communicate with general members and other volunteers.
Wrote documentation and conducted interviews to onboard and train new team members.
